The parcel, which has served as the processing and warehousing hub for Maui Land & Pineapple’s operations, currently includes about 255,000 square feet of high-cube warehouse space, according to a statement from the company. Fergus & Co. plans to upgrade the property, including the installation of metal siding, loading docks and new utilities.
Honolulu-based Fergus & Co. is a real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring and operating commercial properties, according to its website.
Fergus & Co. previously acquired two smaller parcels of the cannery complex last December.
